I was at Jungle Jim's (an amazing place) http://www.junglejims.com/ and saw this. Had to bring it home to try it.

I tasted TERRIBLE. Now, I like all kinds of cheese, even some of the stinky ones, but this -- this was really bad.

I think it gets its name from what happens to your gastrointestinal tract if you eat it.
